摘    要:列举了目前我国国有企业激励约束机制的现状,通过对委托代理关系中委托人与代理人之间的有关分析,以及委托人对代理人缺乏约束激励的分析,明确了企业激励约束问题的形成原因。

Abstract:In the article,listed the current situation of excitation and constraint mechanism in state-owned enterprises of our country.By analysis on the relations of principal and agent in agency relationship and analysis on the lack of incentive constraints of principal to agent,the cause of excitation and constraint problems were made clear.
