| Abstract: | In the article,listed the current situation of excitation and constraint mechanism in state-owned enterprises of our country.By analysis on the relations of principal and agent in agency relationship and analysis on the lack of incentive constraints of principal to agent,the cause of excitation and constraint problems were made clear. |
