| 摘 要： | 本研究对健康和免疫后接种京毒—1号MD强毒鸡中枢免疫器官中ANAE~+T淋巴细胞和淋巴细胞总数的动态变化进行了观察。结果表明:健康攻毒组免疫器官中的淋巴细胞总数在攻毒后明显减少。T淋巴细胞在攻毒后15天以前保持在较高的水平,之后明显下降;免疫攻毒组免疫器官中淋巴细胞总数减少发生的晚而轻微,而ANAE~+T淋巴细胞在攻毒后则持续性高于健康对照组。

| Abstract: | One hvndred and eighty one-day-old Louth chickens were radomly divided into 3 groups, chickens of group 1 were challenged with virulent MD virus strain BJ-1 at the 4th day,those of group 2were injected with HVT at ist day and challenged with the BJ-1 at the 4th day ,and group 3 as a Control. The dynamic changes of ANAE+T lymphocytes and total of lymphocytes in the central-immuno9-organs in these chickens were observed in this experiment. It indicated that changes of total of lymphocytes were decreased apparently in group 1 ,but the decrease in group 2 werre very slighter and more late coming than that of group 1; the changes of ANAE+T lymphocytes in the group 1 were at a higher level before 15 days after infecting,and then it decreased significantly ,but in group 2,the numbers of ANAE+T lymphocytes were continuously higher than that of group 3. |
