| 摘 要： | 高等教育是我国教育事业重要的组成部分，高等院校是高素质人才培养的摇篮，而高校创新型人才的培养则需要拥有创新型的教师队伍。该文简述了创新型教师的含义及高校教师队伍建设的现状和弊端，提出了高校建设创新型教师队伍的新模式：完善国家培养机制、扩展高校教师继续教育渠道及剖析教师个人需求等。对促进高校创新型教师队伍建设具有较重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Higher education is one of the most important part of education in our country.However the culti?vation of innovative talents needs teachers with innovation ability.This paper introduced the cultivation and construction of innovative teachers would be built by improving national training mechanism,expanding teachers' continuing education channels and analysing their personal needs, creating innovative teachers in Colleges and universities. |
