摘    要:并联型感应加热电源技术成熟,设备完善,在高频大功率场合有着很广泛的应用前景。以并联谐振感应加热电源为研究对象,指出了感应加热电源在高频时要注意的问题(如管子损耗、引线电感、抗干扰能力差等)及其解决方案。为此,在逆变器工作状态的分析基础上,设计了整机的控制方案,并给出了实验的结果。

Abstract:This paper has researched on high frequency induction heating power supply .Some problems like the losses of MOSFET, parasitic inductance were discussed. Based on the detail analysis of working condition of MOSFET, while considering the parasitic inductance in high frequency condition .A 250kHz/25kw current source induction heating application has been designed correlative simulation and experimental results are shown at last.
