| 摘 要： | 通过设计3对引物，采用测序的方法研究猪H-FABP基因启动子区多态性发现，在该基因起始密码子ATG上游启动子区224 bp处存在1处新的突变位点（T-C），命名为H-FABP-proT224C。运用PCR-RFLP方法研究该位点在东北民猪、北京黑猪、长白猪、大白猪中的分布发现，只有肌内脂肪含量高的东北民猪中存在该突变，说明该突变位点很有可能与肌内脂肪含量相关。

| Abstract: | Single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in H-FABP gene promoter region were detected in present study.A new SNP(T-C) was found at-224 bp,named H-FABP-proT224C,from the initiation codon(ATG) in promoter region.Distributions of H-FABP-proT224C in Min,Beijing Black,Landrace and Large White pigs were investigated.The SNP was found only in Min pig with more intramuscular fat content(IMF) provide the support that H-FABP-proT224C could play an important role on IMF. |
