摘    要:一氧化氮(NO)是生物体内一种结构最简单的多功能生物信号分子,具有独特的理化性质和生物学活性。NO能调节雌性生殖过程,如排卵、着床、维持妊娠、调节分娩、调控发情周期等。近期研究表明,NO也在雌性性成熟过程中发挥重要的神经调控作用。本文就将NO对雌性性成熟的神经调控进行综述。

Abstract:Nitric oxide(NO) is a versatile biological signaling molecule with the simplest structure and has a unique physical and chemical properties and biological activity.Studies have confirmed that NO can regulate the female reproductive process,such as ovulation,implantation,maintenance of pregnancy,regulating delivery,and regulation of the estrous cycle etc.Recent studies showed that NO also plays an important role in the neural regulation of female sexual maturation process.Here,the neural regulation of NO on the female sexual maturity was reviewed.
