云芝漆酶的生物降解与染料脱色作用研究

摘    要:[目的]研究云芝漆酶的生物降解和染料脱色作用。[方法]以云芝HS 03发酵后所得漆酶粗制品,对麦草和锯末进行生物降解,并对几种常用染料进行脱色研究。[结果]结果表明:漆酶粗制品与纤维素酶、木聚糖酶协同作用大大提高了木质纤维素降解率,比单一组分酶获得还原性糖含量提高5~6倍。漆酶粗制品具有广谱的脱色作用,尤其对孔雀石绿、RB亮蓝的脱色率都超过了85%,脱色较为彻底,脱色高峰期为48~72 h。
