萝卜丝薄层干燥模拟分析与试验研究

摘    要:利用干燥中质、热平衡原理对2种干燥条件下的萝卜丝薄层干燥过程进行分析,建立了预测模型,并作了试验验证。结果表明:预测结果与试验结果十分接近,物料在干燥中干燥速率由大变小,最后接近平衡水分,符合干燥规律。因而用该预测模型预测萝卜丝薄层干燥过程是可行的。

Abstract:The process of drying thin-layer radish strips under two drying conditions was analyzed and a predictive model was set up according to the mass and heat balance principles in drying.The corresponding experiment showed that the measured values were very close to the predicted values.The predictive result indicates that the drying speed of material first increases,then decreases and lastly the moisture content of material tends to equilibrium in drying,which accords with the law of drying.So it is feasible to forecast the process of drying thin-layer radish strips by the predictive model.
