| 摘 要： | 采用顶空-固相微萃取法从梵净山翠峰茶叶中提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱法分析其组成成份.结果表明:从一级及特级茶叶中分别鉴定了相对含量大于0.50％的化合物40个；主要挥发性成分有壬醛(9.11％)、十一醛(6.17％)、戊醇(4.75％)、1-辛烯-3-醇(4.18％)、2,3-辛二酮(3.64％)、1-辛醇(3.14％)、雪松醇(3.13％)、芳樟醇(2.96％)、辛醛(2.59％)、己醛(2.53％).脂肪醛、脂肪醇及脂肪酮是梵净山翠峰茶的主要赋香成分. |

| Abstract: | The volatile components of Fanjingshan'Cuifeng'tea were extracted using solid phase microextraction(SPME),and then were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that fifity compounds were identified from Fanjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea.The main constituents of Fangjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea were Nonanal(9.11%),Undecanal(6.17%),1-Pentanol(4.75%),Matsutake alcohol(4.18%),2,3-Octanedione(3.64%),1-Octanol(3.14%),Cedrol(3.13%),Linalool(2.96%),Octanal(2.59%),Hexanal(2.53%). |
