| 摘 要： | 本实验应用直接镜检、稀释分离、组织分离、茎秆保湿4种手段,对浙江省舟山口岸进境大豆携带的一般真菌进行了分离、鉴定,共分离到25种属的病原真菌,比较准确、全面的检测到大豆携带的各种病原真菌。通过比较不同检测方法的特点,综合运用稀释分离、组织分离、茎秆保湿可提高疫情检出率。
