| 摘 要： | 随着现代食品工业的发展,食品分析检测技术的地位日益凸显。生物传感器将生物学检测原理与传感技术相结合,是一种新型的生物学检测技术。生物传感器具有高选择性、高灵敏性等显著特点,在医学、环境污染物检测、食品工业等领域展示了广阔的发展前景。本文综述了生物传感器的分类、特点及其在食品检测中的应用。

| Abstract: | With the development of the modern food industry,food analysis detection technology becomes more and more prominent.Biological detection principle of biosensors will be combined with sensor technology.Biosensors with high selectivity,and other notable feature in the medical,environmental pollutants detection,food industry.In this paper,the classification of biosensors,characteristics,and the application in food detection are summarized. |
