三种龙葵种子萌发特性的研究

以少花龙葵、黄果龙葵、龙葵为试材,研究了贮藏时间、温度、光照条件和不同GA3浓度对3种龙葵种子萌发特性的影响,为龙葵的人工栽培和种子保存提供依据.结果表明:3种龙葵种子都有随着贮藏年限增加生活力逐年下降的趋势,黄果龙葵种子寿命1～2 a,龙葵种子寿命2～3 a,少花龙葵种子寿命3～4 a；少花龙葵和龙葵种子萌发最适宜的温度是30℃,黄果龙葵种子萌发最适宜的温度是25℃；3种龙葵种子萌发都有光敏特性,黑暗明显抑制种子萌发,黑暗的抑制程度少花龙葵＞黄果龙葵＞龙葵；GA3对少花龙葵种子萌发有明显的促进作用,浓度200 mg/L、处理3h效果最理想.

Study on Seed Germination Characteristics of Three Nightshade
