摘    要:PCR技术在食品检测的实际应用中表现出速度快、简便、高效等特点,为食品检测技术的发展提供了有力的技术支持,成为调查食品源疾病暴发及鉴定相应病原菌的有效工具。因此,我们应当加大科研力度,组建由各种层次专业人员构成的技术队伍,从而进一步完善食品检测科研管理体系。

Abstract:Detection of PCR technology in food have shown the practical application of fast,convenient,and high efficiency,the development of detection technology for the food provided strong technical support.Become a source of disease outbreak food effective tool.Therefore,we should increase research efforts,set up by various levels of technical team composed of professionals to further improve the scientific management system of food inspection.
