| 摘 要： | PCR技术在食品检测的实际应用中表现出速度快、简便、高效等特点,为食品检测技术的发展提供了有力的技术支持,成为调查食品源疾病暴发及鉴定相应病原菌的有效工具。因此,我们应当加大科研力度,组建由各种层次专业人员构成的技术队伍,从而进一步完善食品检测科研管理体系。
