| 摘 要： | 从水利工程施工管理的现状出发,分析了水利工程施工管理中存在的问题,并针对问题,提出了水利工程施工管理的创新策略方法。最后得出:水利工程施工企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须深化体制改革,认真实施创新战略,不断提升企业的创新能力和竞争能力。
