| 摘 要： | 以白颖苔草种子为试材,采用变温、预冷、KNO3、NaOH和浓硫酸处理,研究白颖苔草的实验室最适发芽方法和最佳发芽计数时间.结果表明:白颖苔草在20～30℃变温或15～25℃变温处理发芽效果最好；预冷和NaOH处理白颖苔草种子均能提高其发芽率,发芽最佳计数时间为11 d.

| Abstract: | Carex rigescens seeds were used as test material,by the treatment methods of variable temperature,pre-cooling,KNO3,NaOH and concentrated sulfuric acid,best germination methods and count time of Carex rigescens were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the best germination temperature of Carex rigescens was 20~30,15~25℃.Prechilling had significant effect on germination.However,0.2% KNO3had no effect.NaOH could promote the germination of Carex rigescens seed. |
