黄花乌头根腐病菌在黄花乌头不同器官的侵染研究

分别采用凹玻片法和不同培养基法,通过黄花乌头不同器官部位等处理条件对黄花乌头根腐病镰刀菌的生长影响进行了研究.结果表明:在黄花乌头各部位培养液当中病原菌的孢子均可以萌发,其萌发顺序为:茎＞叶＞花＞果＞根＞对照,其中最适宜的萌发部位均为茎部和叶部;在不同器官部位培养基中,病原菌的菌丝生长速率也是茎＞叶＞花＞果＞根＞对照,其中茎部处理生长速率最快,以上研究结果均与实际的病害发生部位相符.

Study on Invade Ability of Aconitum coreanum Root Rot Disease in Different Organs
