| 摘 要： | 通过对青海高原不同采收时期的宽叶荨麻主要营养成分进行分析,以期为荨麻资源的合理利用提供依据.结果表明:在宽叶荨麻整个生长发育过程中,蛋白质含量和氨基酸总量有下降趋势,但总体保持较高水平；矿物元素含量呈现先下降(6月)后升高之后迅速下降(9月)的趋势；维生素类物质基本上呈现下降趋势.可根据荨麻资源开发利用的不同用途,选取适宜的采收时期.

| Abstract: | The main nutrients of different harvesting time of Urtica laetevirens Maxim in Qinghai Plateau were analyzed in order to provide the basis for resource utilization.The results showed that in the whole growth period of Urtica laetevirens Maxim,the content of protein and the gross of aminophenol were a downtrend,but retained a relatively high level in total;The content of minerals presented a downtrend in June and then rising,significantly descending trend in September.The contend of vitamins basically showed... |
