| Abstract: | The problems in new rural community planning combined with the research of new rural construction were analysised,based on the background of ecological civilization.The paper proposed the concept and principles for planning,and took the discussion of spatial layout,traffic organization,architectural design,landscape,basic service facilities and industry development planning. |
