摘    要:研究了不同复合酶处理对烟梗化学成分和感官评吸的影响,结果表明:不同复合酶处理后,烟梗的化学成分含量以及相互间的协调性指标均有改善;0.01%的复合酶A处理后烟梗的化学成分含量以及相互间的协调性综合表现最好,感官评吸质量明显提高。

Abstract:The effects of different multi-enzymes on the chemical compositions and sense evaluation quality of tobacco stem were studied in this paper.The results showed that the content and coordination of chemical compositions in the tested tobacco stem were improved after being treated by different multi-enzymes.The content and coordination of chemical compositions in the tobacco stem which was treated by 0.01% multi-enzyme A were the best,and its sense evaluation quality was improved significantly.
