| Abstract: | Natural cellulose was hydrolyzed by three kinds of enzyme. The structure of cellulose molecular was different, and cellulose was undissolved. So methods for determination of cellulase activity were different. There was no standard method.This paper summarized methods for determination of cellulase activity.There was special method for special component. |
