| 摘 要： | 对2002年到2004年10家农机类上市公司绩效进行评价,利用因子分析法对公司绩效提取5个公共因子,分别为运营效率因子、盈利因子、偿债因子、现金保障因子、销售因子,进而得出综合得分进行排序。最后结合市场环境和行业特点进行分析,得出农机类上市公司应由数量扩张型向质量效益型转变、由单纯追求规模向规模与利润并重转变。

| Abstract: | Ten listed agricultural mechanization companies' performance is evaluated from 2002 to 2004. Principal component is applied to analyzing company performance and five factors are abstracted named operation efficiency factor, payoff factor, sinking factor, cash guarantee factor and sale factor. Then comprehensive score and compositor are acquired. Finally, market environment and industry characteristic are analyzed, and development direction is pointed out that agricultural mechanization company should develop from expanding quantity to regarding quality and from pursuing scale simply to pursuing scale and benefit synchronously. |
