湖南省太阳能资源时空分布特征及评估

摘    要:为了给湖南省太阳能资源合理规划和有效利用提供科学依据,本研究基于湖南省3个辐射观测站的太阳总辐射资料和97个站的日照时数资料,按照中国气象局发布的太阳能资源评估方法,分析了湖南省太阳能资源时空分布特征、太阳能丰富程度、稳定程度及可利用状况。结果表明:湖南省年太阳总辐射和年日照时数分布趋势基本一致,呈东多西少的分布趋势,1961年以来湖南省年太阳总辐射总体趋于下降;洞庭湖区和长株潭地区是湖南省太阳能资源最丰富的地区,同时也是太阳能资源可开发利用日数最多、资源最稳定的区域,未来对于太阳能的开发利用应优先考虑。

Abstract:To provide scientific basis for the reasonable planning and effective use of solar energy resources in Hunan Province, this study analyzed the spatial-temporal distribution and the richness, stability and availability of solar energy resources by employing the total solar radiation data at 3 radiation observation stations and the sunshine hours data at 97 stations in Hunan Province, and according to the solar resource assessment methods released by the China Meteorological Administration. The results showed that the solar radiation as well as sunshine hours were higher in the eastern part and lower in the western part of Hunan Province; the overall annual total solar radiation in Hunan Province tended to decrease since 1961; in Hunan Province, Dongting Lake Region and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area had the most abundant solar energy resources, the largest number of days of available solar energy resources and the most stable resources, so the development and utilization of solar energy in the future should be given priority.
