| Abstract: | Firstly the reform of the household registration system in Beijing should uniform the system between the urban citizens and the rural populations.Secondly we should take various policies according to the actual instance of the floating population.Thirdly we should accelerate the free migration of the existing population,and take full advantage of the social organizations. |
