摘    要:通过研究几种植物源杀虫剂对十字花科害虫小菜蛾的防治效果,为无公害绿色农业、有机蔬菜的生产和低毒生物农药的研发提供指导。采用叶片浸渍法对植物提取液的杀虫活性进行初步测定,并对初筛效果好的川楝、苦参、丁香、番茄提取液做毒力测定。结果表明:植物提取液中川楝籽表现出较好的杀虫活性,小菜蛾死亡率接近90%,其它植物提取液对小菜蛾死亡率均在30%左右。川楝提取液药效测定的结果为浓度越高杀虫的效果越好。810倍的溶液对小菜蛾基本没有影响。

Abstract:Studying several botanical insecticides' effect which were used to control diamondback moth in cruciferous vegetables plantation is to provide guidance for green agriculture and organic vegetable.The plant extracts were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and then carried out insecticidal activity determination.The test results showed that M.toosendan provided better insecticidal,the mortality rate of diamondback moth was nearly 90%,others were around 30%,and the higher the concentrations,the better insecticide effect.There was no effect on Diamondback Moth of 810 solution concentration.
