芋叶片解剖结构与其水旱生态适应性关系的研究

摘    要:利用光学显微镜,对4个芋品种在水旱生态环境下的叶片解剖结构进行观察和比较,结果显示,芋叶片既具有旱生植物结构特点,又具有水生植物的解剖结构特点,说明芋在旱生环境和水生环境中都具有较好的适应性。芋叶片解剖结构与其水旱生态适应性有一定的相关性。气腔大小和栅栏组织中的薄壁细胞排列紧密度可分别作为芋在细胞水平上评价其水旱生态适应性的重要指标。不同水旱生态环境对芋叶片的解剖结构无明显影响。

Abstract:Leaf anatomical structure of 4 taro cultivars in aquatic and xeric environment was observed and compared by optical microscope. The results showed that taro leaf had anatomical structure characteristics of aquatic and xeric plant,which showed that taro had good adaptability to aquatic and xeric environment. It had some relationship between leaf anatomical structure and its ecological adaptability to aquatic and xeric environment. Area of air cavity and compacted degree of parenchyma in palisade tissue could be used as important index to appraise ecological adaptability to aquatic and xeric environment respectively at the cellular level. Different aquatic and xeric environment had no significant effect on leaf anatomical structure of taro.
