嵩明县生态环境的初步评价及优化对策

嵩明县位于长江上游 ,并处于牛栏江、南盘江和盘龙江三江之源 ,境内有占全县土地总面积 38 5 %的 3个乡镇属昆明市“松华坝”水库水源保护区 ,其年产量占松华坝水库蓄水量的 90 % ,具有重要的生态战略地位 ,但水土流失面积仍占全县国土面积的 4 7 5 % ,生态环境仍没有从根本上得以改善。通过对其生态环境现状分析 ,作出生态环境的初步评价 ,并提出优化生态环境的对策

Preliminary Estimate of Ecological Environment of Songming County and Measures to Optimize

Songming county is located at the common source of Niulanjiang river, Nanpanjiang river and Panlongjiang river. Three towns and townships, which was 38 5% of the total area of this county, belongs to the water source protection area of Songhuaba reservoir of Kunming city. The annual water from this area is 90% of the total capacity of Songhuaba reservoir. Ecological environment crisis is however a critical problem, land area suffering from water and soil loss is 47 5% of the total area. The present situation of ecological environment is analyzed and preliminarily evaluated, some strategies to optimize the ecological environment are proposed.
