凉山州猪囊虫病的调查报告

凉山州17个县(市)都有猪囊虫病发生,尤以彝族聚居的县最为严重,感染率在3.30%～10.45%之间.每个县又集中在一、二个区流行.在高发区,感染率可达25.00%～30.00%以上,感染强度也大,40 cm2的肉切面上有10个以上的囊虫者极为普遍,有30个囊虫者亦时有发现.人的囊虫病和绦虫病亦很严重.喜德县人的囊虫皮试阳性率21.80%,血清学诊断阳性率为40.14%,以自述排绦虫感染率为4.08%.本调查还分析了流行原因,提出了防治措施.

Survey Report of Cysticercosis cellulosae in Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture

Aim The goal of this curvey was to study the infectious rate of Cysticercosis cellulosae in both the people and the pigs in Liangshan autonomous prefecture and to analyse the reasons of prevalence so that the pre-ventive and cure measures can be find out.Methods The government,hospital,slaughterhouse,marcket and past pa-tients was visited.All information about this disease was viewed and collected.Some pigs was killed and autopsied,examined.Results All17counties of Liangshan autonomous prefecture existed Cysticercosis cellulosae,especially in the regions where Yi nationalities lived in a compact community.There the infection rate was high from3.30%to10.45%.Some town could reach more than30.00%.The intensity of the infection was more than10/cm 2 .Some times more than30/cm 2 could be seen.Cysticercosis cellulosae was seldom seen in the bodies of three dogs.It was the first report in Sichuan province.Cysticercosis cellulosae,Echinococcus granulosus in humen were serious too.It was more higher than the reports by Dongbei(north-east area),Huabei(north-China),Henan province.Con clusion Be -cause of the customs in Liangshan prefecture Cysticercosis cellulosae and other parasitic diseases in the pig or the humen in this area were serious.The situation.should be pay attention to.
