摘    要:动物源性食品中残留的醋酸甲羟孕酮(medroxy progesterone acetate,MPA)对人类健康有潜在的危害。利用SPR生物传感器快速检测MPA,对抗原的固定条件、抗体的浓度及芯片再生条件进行了优化,同时对抗体的稳定性及特异性进行了分析。结果显示,该方法检测的最低限约为1 ng/mL。利用模拟标本进行平行测试表明,其与进口ELISA检测试剂盒结果基本一致。SPR生物传感器检测MPA,单个样品的检测时间小于5 min,非常适合现场的快速检测,具有广泛的应用前景。
