国有林场改革与发展探讨 --以浙江省天台县华顶林场为例

当前，我国林业正处在一个重要的变革和转折时期，正经历着由以木材生产为主向以生态建设为主的历史性转变。随着经济体制改革的不断深化，国有林场存在的诸多困难与问题日益凸现。人员多、负担重、基础设施落后、分类经营改革缺乏有力的财政支撑等因素，严重制约着国有林场的发展。通过对浙江省天台县华顶林场近10多年来改革与发展实践经验的总结与分析，立足该场的资源优势，提出了今后的发展思路。

Discussion on Reform and Development of State-owned Forest Farm:An Example of Huading Forest Farm of Tiantai County,Zhejiang Province

Nowadays,China's forestry is at an important reform stage, experiencing the historical shift in focus from the production of timber to the construction of ecology. With the deepening of economic system reform, many difficulties and problems in state-owned forest farms are appearing day by day. Mang factors restrict the development of state-owned forest farms such as too many staff, heavy burden ,backward infrastruction project and shortage of financial support.The reform and development experiences of more than 10 years in Huading Forest Farm of Tiantai county ,Zhejiang Province are summarized and analyzed. Based on the resource advantages of the forest farm, its development directions in future are given.
