| 摘 要： | 通过介绍广西柚类资源的地理标志产品保护现状、地理标志商标注册情况及其农产品地理标志登记情况,提出应因地制宜选择地理标志保护模式、充分利用＂地理标志产品专用标志＂、完善国家推荐性标准、实现区域专业化发展等促进广西柚类资源地理标志保护发展的建议。

| Abstract: | The present paper analyzes the current status of protection of pemelo resources as geographical indication products,registration of geographical indications trademarks and registration of geographical indications of agricultural products in Guangxi.According to the analysis,some proposals have been recommended which included selecting suitable protection mode for geographical indication in accordance with local conditions,optimized use of special signs of geographical indication products,improvement of recommended national standards for protection of geographical indication,implement of regional development in the regions where geographical indications registered,etc.,in order to promote the development of protection of pemelo resources as geographical indication products in Guangxi. |
