摘    要:[目的]研究云南含笑(Michelia yunnanensis)花不同部位挥发性成分分布状况。[方法]用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分析其组成。[结果]从花托中共鉴定出28种化合物,其中β-榄香烯(21.07%)、石竹烯(30.78%)和大牻牛儿烯D(15.41%)为主要成分;从花瓣中共鉴定出27种化合物,主要成分为乙酸丁酯(62.56%)、乙酸乙酯(6.36%)、2,4-二异酸甲苯酯(4.67%)、2,4-二甲基-5-甲酰基-3-腈吡咯(4.04%)和2-甲基-丙酸乙酯(4.13%);从花丝中共鉴定出19种化合物,主要成分为2-甲基-1-丙醇(28.43%)、乙酸丁酯(20.93%)、2,4-二异酸甲苯酯(18.58%)和2,4-二甲基-5-甲酰基-3-腈吡咯(16.29%)。[结论]云南含笑花中的药效成分主要分布在花托,赋香成分则主要分布在花瓣和花丝。

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to study the distribution of volatile components in different parts of Michelia yunnanensis flowers. [Method]The volatile components in different parts of Michelia yunnanensis flowers were extracted by using headspace solid-phase micro-extrac-tion (HS-SPME). And the composition was analyzed by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). [Result]Twenty-eight compounds were identified from receptacle extracts. Among them,γ-elemene (21. 07% ),caryophyllene (30. 78% ) and germacrene-D (15. 41% ) were main components. Twenty-seven compounds were identified from petal extracts. And the major components were butyl acetate (62. 56% ),ethyl acetate (6. 36% ),2,4-toluene diisocyanate (4. 67% ) ,2,4-dimethyl-5-formyl-3-nitrile pyrrole (4. 04% ) and 2-methyl-ethyl propionate (4.13%). Nineteen compounds were identified from filament extracts. And the major components were 2-methyl-1-propanol (28.43%),butyl acetate (20. 93% ),2,4-toluene diisocyanate (18. 58% ) and 2,4-dimethyl-5-formyl-3-nitrile pyrrole (16. 29% ). [Conclusion]The medicinal ingredients were mainly distributed in the receptacle of Michelia yunnanensis flower and the aroma components were mainly distributed in the petals and filaments.
