| 摘 要： | 综述了瓜类作物单倍体育种的研究进展,包括花药培养、未授粉子房培养和辐射花粉诱导单倍体培养在瓜类作物育种中的应用;总结了近年来所采用的瓜类作物染色体倍性鉴定方法和加倍技术;讨论了目前这些领域存在的问题和今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | We review the advances in haploid breeding of cucurbit crops in the article. We covered the aspects of anther culture,ovary culture and haploid induction via irradiated pollen in the review. Progress of ploidy determination and chromosome doubling in cucurbit crops are also reviewed. Problems and new areas of research are discussed. |
