基于社会资本理论视角的社会主义新农村建设

社会资本与社会主义新农村建设具有重要的内在关联性,提升农村社会资本对于社会主义新农村建设具有重大意义。随着我国社会步入转型期,农村社会资本存量也出现了部分不适宜社会主义现代化建设要求的问题。目前农村社会资本需要培育和引导,这是一个长期而缓慢的浇注过程。基层政府、农民自身、第三部门是提升农村社会资本的三大关键角色。本文据此提出了提升农村社会资本的主要路径。

Building the New Socialistic Countryside Based on Theories of Social Capital

The social capital is in considerable intrinsic link with the construction of new socialistic countryside, and it is of great significance to enhance social capital in rural areas. As our society is moving into a new stage of restructuring, the social capital in rural areas has some problems which are not suitable for the requirements of socialist modernization. Now it is necessary to cultivate and guide rural social capital, however, which is a very long and slow process. Governments, Farmers and "the third sectors" are three key roles in enhancing rural social capital. Then, this paper presents some paths to improve the rural social capital.
