沙果123苹果 沈农2号苹果营养成分分析

摘    要:以沙果、123苹果、沈农2号苹果为试验材料,测定其水分、灰分、蛋白质含量,及还原糖、水溶性果胶、VC、酸度等营养成分。结果表明,蛋白质含量:沈农2号苹果>123苹果>沙果;还原糖含量:沈农2号苹果>123苹果>沙果;VC含量:沈农2号苹果>123苹果>沙果;水溶性果胶含量:沙果>123苹果>沈农2号苹果。结果显示,沈农2号苹果的营养价值较高,其次是123苹果、沙果。

Abstract:The Shaguo,123 Apple,2-Shennong Apple were used as test materials,some nutrients including water,ash, water soluble protein,deoxidization sugar,pectin,vitamin C,acidity were determined.
