烟酸锌配合物的固相合成及表征

摘    要:以烟酸与锌盐为原料,用室温固相合成方法合成烟酸锌配合物,考察了锌源、反应时间、原料配比对合成产物的影响.结果表明,最佳的合成工艺条件为:以醋酸锌为锌源,反应时间为6h,醋酸锌∶烟酸(摩尔比)=1∶2.通过摩尔电导、元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱以及X-射线粉末衍射光谱对所合成的配合物进行了表征.

Abstract:A zinc(Ⅱ) complex with nicotinic acid was synthesized using nicotinic acid and zinc solt as raw materials by the method of room temperature solid phase synthesis.The effects of zine source type,reaction time and materials ratios on the product were investigated.The experiment result showed the optimum synthetic conditions as follow: using zinc acetate as zine source,reaction time 6 h,zinc acetate ∶ nicotinic acid=1∶ 2(mol ∶ mol).The complex was characterized by molar conductance,elemental analysis,infrared spectra,ultraviolet spectra and X-ray powder diffraction.
