摘    要:从某一疑似发生无名“高热病”猪场的病料中分离到一株病毒,经病毒RT-PCR鉴定、生物学特性分析、病毒结构蛋白和非结构蛋白NSP2基因序列分析及对不同日龄猪感染试验的结果表明:分离毒株为变异型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV),该病毒具有高致病性,病毒能在Marc-145细胞上增殖并产生病变,其结构蛋白ORF2-ORF...

Abstract:One strain of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) was isolated from the tissue of "high fever" pigs in a farm.It was identified as variant PRRSV by biological characteristics detection,RT-PCR,and sequences analysis of structural protein and NSP2 gene.The PRRSV negative pigs were inoculated with this strains and showed obvious clinical symptom and died.The sequences analysis of ORF2-ORF7 genes showed that the homology was from 87.6% to 97.1% comparing with PRRSV VR2332,and it was from 88.3% to 99.6% comparing with the prevalent strains from other provinces in China,but it was from 59.8% to 79.4% comparing with LV strain in amino acids sequence.Sequences analysis of NSP2 gene indicated that the strain shared a common feature of 31 amino acids deletion.It was lowly homologous to strain VR2332,with homology ranging 78.1%,and highly to the prevalent strains from some provinces of China,with homology ranging from 90.7% to 99.6%.
