摘    要:通过运用有限元分析的方法,采用合理的模型简化,建立了全地形车车架的有限元模型,并对全地形车架弯曲刚度、侧向刚度和扭转刚度进行了力学分析,以保证全地形车车架具有足够的刚度,应力云图给出薄弱部位并提出了合理的改进意见,为全地形车车架结构的改进和优化提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of a ATV frame is established based on finite element analysis method. The bending, torsion and lateral stiffnesses are calculated on full loading condition to assure that the frame has a enough stiffness. The places where are weak are found, some methods to improve these are listed, and the result of stress, strain and deform can provide a reference for the frame optimization design.
