摘    要:某SUV四驱车加速过程中在发动机转速为2000r/min、4050r/min时车身地板振动明显,严重影响车内乘坐舒适性。运用道路车内振动试验分析、模态试验分析、CAE分析等方法对地板振动的原因进行研究,确定该地板振动由传动轴弯曲模态频率与发动机激励频率共振引起。通过优化传动轴管径提高传动轴固有频率,避免传动轴弯曲模态频率与发动机频率共振,从而使车身地板振动得到明显改善,幅值降低1.5m/s2。

Analysis and Study on Resonance Problem of Certain SUV Drive Shaft

Abstract:The problem of resonance occurred at 2 000 r/min ,4 050 r/min of engine speed for a certain SUV during acceleration, and it badly affected the ride comfort for passengers. The resonance phenomenon was studied by the means of interior vibration test, modal test and CAE analysis, the resonance was caused by the bending modal frequency of drive shaft coupling with engine firing frequency of the vehicle. Finally, it was proposed to optimize the diameter of drive shaft to change the natural frequency away from the engine firing frequency to avoid resonating. The test results show that the floor vibration can obviously be improved, and the amplitude is extremely reduced by 1.5 m/s2.
