甜椒秋季栽培试验

上海地区夏季高温酷暑,对甜椒生育危害严重,影响秋冬市场供应。本试验研究的目的是探索甜椒第二栽培季节——秋季栽培的可能性。试验证明在夏季高温伏旱或台风暴雨环境下,采用避雨遮荫育苗,秋后充分利用9、10月份适合甜椒开花结果这段温暖时期,在保护设施条件下栽培,可延迟到10月中旬～11月底采收,再经简易贮藏保鲜,于元旦、春节供应市场是完全可行的。

The Study of Growing Pepper in Autumn in Shanghai

Generally,sweet peppers are grown and harvested from spring till late summer,till autumn.The hot summer days in Shanghai region severely affect the normal growth of sweet pepper and affect its autumn and winter supply. The aim of this study is to solute the problem.The study proved that under rain proof and shade facilities the sweet pepper also can be raised,grown and harvested in the seasons,protectigng from high temperature,summer drought and typhoon.So the products of sweet pepper can be supplied until the new year and the spring festival by using the simple method of storage.
