甘蔗不同组合叶片光能转换效率的比较

摘    要:对不同组合甘蔗叶片的主要荧光参数进行测定。结果表明:田间不同组合甘蔗暗适应5min即可,选用+2叶中上部测定较好。不同甘蔗组合对光能的利用存在一定差异,CP84-1198作为母本的两个组合,CP84-1198×川蔗57-416的Fm和Fv/Fo明显高于CP84-1198×崖城90-33;具有相同父本的两个组合的光合特性相比,CP84-1198×崖城90-33的Fm和Fv/Fo明显高于粤糖91-976×崖城90-33。

Abstract:The main chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in different combinations of sugarcane were measured under field condition. The results showed that the minimum time for dark adaptation was 5 minutes, and the best part for measuring was somewhat above the middle of the leaf +2. There was difference in light energy utilization between two sugarcane combinations. The Fm and Fv/F in CP84-1198×Chuanzhe 57-416 were higher than those in CP84-1198×Yacheng 90-33, and those in CP84-1198×Yacheng 90-33 were higher than those in Yuetang 91-976×Yacheng 90-33.
