摘    要:目的:建立测定抱茎苦荬菜药材中总黄酮和腺苷的方法。方法:采用UV—VIS法测定总黄酮的含量。采用RP—HPLC法测定腺苷的含量,色谱条件为:XDB—C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比为6:94)为流动相,检测波长为260nm,流速为1ml/min^-1。结果:腺苷进样量在0.072—3.6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率为100.3%,相对标准差(RSD)为1.35%。结论:方法准确、可靠,适合测定抱茎苦荬菜药材中总黄酮和腺苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for the determination of the content of adenosine in Ixeris sonchifolia Hance. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined by using UV - Vis method. The content of adenosine was determined by using HPLC method. It was seperated on a XDB -Cls (150 mm×4.6 mm,5bcm)colurrm with CAN- H20(6:94) as the mobile phase,The UV detective wavelength was set at 260nm,the flow rate was 1ml/min. Results The linear calibration curves are obtai -ned in the ranges of 0.072 -3.61μg. The average recovery is 100.3 and RSD is 1.35%. Conclusions The method is simple and accurate,It can be applied to the determination of content of adenosine in Ixeris sonchifolia Hance.
