闽楠种源苗期生长性状地理变异及遗传参数估算

对采自江西、福建2省13 个闽楠种源的种子进行了育苗试验,结果表明:闽楠种子千粒重、室内发芽率存在明显的地理变异,闽楠种源间苗高、地径、生物量有着极显著的生长差异,且有较高的广义遗传力.苗高和地径生长与纬度呈负相关.说明通过种源选择,能获得较好的效果,并初步筛选出江西龙南、福建王台、西芹等苗期生长较好的种源.闽楠苗高生长以7～9 月份为速生期,这时期的生长占年生长的55%以上.

Geographic Variation and Estimation of Genetic Parameters of Seed and Growth Traits in Phoebe bournei Provenance at Seedling Stage

The seedling provenance trial of Phoebe bournei containing 13 seedlots collected from 2 provinces(zone) was conducted in Ji'an and Nanchang,Jiangxi Province.The results showed that there were very significant differences in weight per 1 000 seeds,laboratory seed germination,seedling height,ground diamater and biomass of Phoebe bournei Provenance,and the broad heritability of seedling traits was high.The seedling height growth of Phoebe bournei provenance displayed quick growing period from July to September,the height increment was more than 55% of the total height increment.The seedling height and ground diamater were even negatively related to the latitude of the seedlings.In addition,3 quick-growing provenances have been selected among seedlings from Longnan of Jiangxi,Wangtai and Xiqin of Fujian.
