| Abstract: | This paper introduced the background, policy design and operation mode of carbon emission trading scheme in New Zealand, and described the policy arrangements of forestry involvement in this trading scheme and discussed its significance and enlightenment on China. It summarized the policies, practices and development process related to carbon trading in China. Finally, the overall thought and policy recommendations for promoting China's carbon sink trading were proposed based on the specific conditions of Chinese forestry. |
