| 摘 要： | 理清中国数学会的创办背景及其会刊的办刊宗旨、办刊特点和发展的脉络。利用文献考证的方法，对中国数学会及其最早创办的两种数学期刊进行分析。认为中国数学会创办的《中国数学会学报》和《数学杂志》是我国影响最大、历时最长的数学期刊，而中国数学会为这两种期刊的发展提供了不可或缺的条件，学会办刊是期刊发展的一条途径。

| Abstract: | To make clear the original background of mathematic association of China, tenet characteristics and development trace of the magazine, two pioneer mathematic magazines and mathematic association in China were analyzied by investigating lots of literatures. Journal of Chinese mathematical society and Journal of mathematics founded by mathematic association of China were the most influential and the earliest mathematic magazines, and mathematic association of China provided necessary conditions with the two mathematic magazines. So the magazine founded by association was an approach of magazine development. |
