绢毛匍匐委陵菜染色体加倍及其应用价值研究

摘    要:旨在获得具有更高观赏价值和抗逆性强的绢毛匍匐委陵菜变异植株。本研究运用秋水仙素对正常绢毛匍匐委陵菜幼苗诱导加倍。加倍成功后,对第1、2代多倍体植株染色体数目鉴定并与二倍体正常植株比较,进行对照植株、1代多倍体和2代多倍体委陵菜在植株形态、气孔大小、花径大小、叶绿素含量、SOD酶、POD酶、CAT酶的性状变异分析。最后选育出可以稳定遗传的优良性状有叶片大、花径大且花色鲜艳、叶绿素含量高、SOD酶活性高、POD酶活性高、CAT酶活性高。经过秋水仙素处理得到了观赏性高和抗逆性强的四倍体委陵菜植株,可以作为一种优良地被植物应用到园林绿化工程中。

Abstract:In order to obtain higher ornamental value and strong resistance of the variant plants of Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla. The change of the multiple of the chromosome group is an important aspect that causes the plant to produce bigger genetic variation and produce new varieties. The normal plant that seeded with colchicine induced double Potentilla chinensis Ser. To compare normal plants, 1 and 2 generations of Potentilla chinensis Ser in plant morphology, pore size, flower size, chlorophyll content, SOD, POD, CAT and character variation analysis. Finally, it was successfully selected and can be stably inherited. There were large leaves, large flower diameter, bright color, high chlorophyll content, high SOD activity, high POD activity and high CAT activity. Have high ornamental and strong resistance of Potentilla chinensis Ser after colchicine treatment. High ornamental and strong resistance of tetraploid can be used as a good groundcover plants applied in garden greening project.
