| Abstract: | The effects of the kinds of extracting agent,extraction temperature and activated carbon on the determination of available phosphorus in calcareous soil were analyzed. And the problems of spectrophotometry that should be paid attentions to in the testing of soil available phosphorus were mainly discussed,in order to provide refrence for the formula fertilization by soil testing. |
