| 摘 要： | 对扬州市大型鸡场的大肠杆菌病情况进行了流行病学调查和临床诊断，对病死鸡进行了病理剖检，分离出病原菌142株，经生化试验、血清学鉴定，确诊为病原性大肠杆菌的128株。对扬州市大肠杆菌病常见血清型的种类、比例、分布有所了解，同时通过相关的致病性试验和药敏试验，为临床用药和免疫计划提供了可参考的理论依据。 |
