摘    要:研究了不同氮素水平下增强的UV-B辐射对水稻沈农265生理作用的影响.结果表明,UV-B辐射增强能够降低相同氮素水平下水稻的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、SOD和POD活性,提高类胡萝卜素的含量、外渗电导率、MDA的含量;在增强的UV-B辐射条件下,随氮素增加,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素增加,MDA含量降低,而外渗电导率无影响,SOD先增加后降低.

Abstract:Effect of enhancing UV-B radiation combined with nitrogen addition on the physiological response of rice cultivars(Shennong 265) was studied in potted method.The results showed that enhancing UV-B radiation decreases content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,SOD and POD activities,but increases the content of carotenoid,MDA and electrolyte leskage.As the increaseing dose of nitrogen,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b is increased and MDA is decreased,electrolyte leskage and soluble protein is not effec...
