复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率的研究

为了探讨复合营养舔砖用作反刍动物饲料补充料的饲用价值，我们选用4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的公牛（丹麦红牛♂×闽南黄牛♀的杂交一代），利用尼龙袋法对复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率进行测定。结果表明，复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率，组间差异不显著（P>0.05），除2 h时间段外、组内差异极显著（P<0.01）。0、2、4、8、16、24、48 h时间段瘤胃降解率分别为（1.79±0.40）%、（9.73±2.12）%、（16.27±2.57）%、（25.96±2.30）%、（43.12±1.20）%、（59.35±0.63）%、（73.21±0.42）%，动态降解率为34.65%。

Study on the Ruminal Degradability of Crude Protein of Multinutrient BlockLIN

The ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks were measured by nylon bags method in 4 adult crossbred oxen fitted with permanent cannula in order to study the feeding value by using multinutrient blocks as feed additive for ruminant animal. Results were as follows: There were no difference in the ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks between groups (P>0.05) but the difference in groups were significant except the ruminal degradability of 2 h (P<0.01). The ruminal degradabilities of 0，2，4，8，16，24，48 h were（1.79±0.40）%，（9.73±2.12）%，（16.27±2.57）%，（25.96±2.30）%，（43.12±1.20%），（59.35±0.63）%，（73.21±0.42）%， respectively. And the effective degradability was 34.65%.
