摘    要:为了探讨外源甘氨酸甜菜碱(Glycinebetaine,GB)对桑种子的抗盐效应,研究了GB对盐胁迫下桑种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明:用10mmol/L的GB浸种能提高盐胁迫下种子的发芽率,增加幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量,保持叶片的适当含水量,并能造成幼苗体内游离脯氨酸的积累,减轻盐胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,促进盐胁迫下萌芽幼苗的生长发育。

Abstract:In order to discuss the effect of salt tolerance of the external Glycinebetaine (GB) on the mulberry seeds, this paper studied the effects of seedlings under salt stress. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds immersed with 10 mmol/L of GB was increased, and that the cholphyll content was enhanced and proper water content was hold in the seedling leaves at the salt-stressed condition. It was also found that the free proline in the mulberry seedlings was accumulated by induction of GB to reduce the damage of salt to cell membrane and to promote the growth of the seedlings under the salt stress.
